2 cups Penne Pasta
1 cup Bow tie pasta
30z Pepperoni
40z sharp cheddar
1 pack frozen broccoli florets
1 14oz tin chopped tomatoes (drained)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon basil
1/3 cup whipped dressing
3 – 4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1/4 cup bacon bits
Cook pasta in a pan of boiling water, with garlic powder and basil, for 7 minutes.
Add broccoli florets to the pasta, bring back to boil and cook for additional 3 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water – set aside.
In a large bowl, mix whipped dressing, ranch, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Whisk until well blended, add lemon juice and sweet relish.
Chop cheese and pepperoni into bite size pieces and set aside with the bacon bits.
Add pasta, broccoli and tomatoes to the bowl with dressing, toss until well coated.
Add meats and cheese and mix well.
Chill for an hour.
Serve and enjoy!

Me and my daughters loved it. Hubby wasn’t as enthusiastic, but he’s more of a plain mayo dressing kind of guy.
